Just wanted to give you a quick update! The USST is back in Europe with the National Training Group, US development team, for one last fall jump camp. The plan is to jump in Predazzo until the 21st then go to Oberstdorf, Germany until the 25th. We arrived on the 16th to snowcapped mountains! So far the camp has been successful. The first day in Italy we jumped the k90 hill and had an interval session to the top of Passo Manghen. Yesterday we had another jump session on the k90 and then played games and had a plyo session, where we worked on jump strength and speed. Today we were lucky enough to jump the k120. It was really fun and we have a competition on it tomorrow. This afternoon we went for a 2 hour roller ski in some of the best weather we have had on this trip! I will keep you updated throughout the rest of our trip!
