This morning at 9, we squeezed five people and our gear into the car and headed to Solitude ski resort to get back on the cross country trails. They had almost 5 kilometers open and we skied for 90 minutes. It was a nice change of pace skiing Solitude rather than Park City ski resort. I skied with Taylor Fletcher, Adam Loomis, Brett Denney, and some of their friends they knew from road bike races. It was a great group and we had a lot of fun. Now I am back in Park City, keeping my fingers crossed, hoping that the snow keeps falling.
Getting ready for some skiing!!! Well I guess my last post got through to mother nature because this morning I woke up to it dumping snow outside! I am really excited and hope that the snow keeps up so we will have good conditions for the COC next weekend.
